We want you to love your Peloton Apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your apparel in the original shipping packaging or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all original tags are included.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
